San Antonio City Code § 2-505
in effectSec. 2-505. - Conduit issuance due diligence fee.
The conduit issuance due diligence fee to be charged by and payable to the finance department in connection with city council consideration and approval of each conduit issuance transaction is hereby revised as follows:
(1) For a conduit issuance issued by a public facilities corporation, educational facilities corporation, or similar entity created by the City of San Antonio, the due diligence fee shall be two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) per transaction.
(2) For a conduit issuance issued by an issuer not created by the City of San Antonio, the due diligence fee shall be 0.1% with no maximum fee and a base fee of ten thouand dollars ($10,000.00).
