Sec. 9-701. - Applicability. The provisions of this article shall apply within an airport hazard area, whether located within or outside the city. No land, body of water, structure or object of natural growth shall be used or permitted to be used, no structure or object of natural growth shall be erected, constructed, moved, reconstructed, structurally altered or maintained, nor shall any electronic emissions, visual effect, or other objects or activities which could adversely affect the operation of aircraft be permitted, for any purpose except in compliance with the terms of this article.
