9.12.100 - Noncompliance with regulations—Failure to comply with notice. In the event the owner fails to comply with the order and correct the conditions specified herein, the Director of Community Development or designee is authorized and empowered to cause or employ City personnel and equipment or other persons and equipment to enter upon the premises and correct the offending condition.
