2.28.070 - City reserve marshal program. (A) The City Marshal may establish a City Reserve Marshal Program, for those persons volunteering their services to the City. (B) The City Marshal may assign volunteers qualifying under the City Reserve Marshal Program to perform actual duties of a City Marshal. (C) Persons qualifying under the City Reserve Marshal Program shall be referred to as City Reserve Marshals. (Ord. 3640 § 9, 1992)
