9.16.050 - Violation—Penalty. Any person violating any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. A person who is convicted of a violation of Subsection (B) or Subsection (K) of Section 9.16.030 shall be punished by a fine not less than fifty dollars for the first offense, one hundred dollars for the second offense and two hundred fifty dollars for the third and all subsequent offenses.
