c. 43, § 79. Plan D; effective date Section 79. The method of city government provided for in the following fourteen sections shall be known as Plan D. Upon the adoption by a city of Plan D, it shall become operative as provided in sections one to forty-five, inclusive, except as otherwise provided by the following sections.
