§ 17-100 EFFECT OF CIVIL ACTION ON CERTAIN CONTRACTS. Relief granted under § 17-98 or § 17-99 does not affect a contract, sale, encumbrance or lease that: (a) Was consummated before the granting of the relief; and (b) Involved a bona fide purchaser, encumbrancer or tenant who did not have actual notice of the filing of a complaint under this chapter or a civil action under § 17-101.
