Austin City Code § 30-1-391 CERTIFICATE REQUIRED.

Austin City Code § 30-1-392 ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE.

§ 30-1-392 - ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE. The single office shall issue a certificate of compliance if the development has been completed in accordance with the construction plans and other ordinance requirements for subdivision infrastructure.
