A. The city may enforce these customer service standards as permitted under the federal, state or local laws and regulations. The city shall have the right to inspect a cable operator's business records and equipment of a cable operator to assure compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
B. The city shall adopt rules of procedure for enforcement of this chapter.
