Sec. 701-2. - Duty to enforce; prosecutions for violations. It shall be the duty of the department of business and neighborhood services to enforce the provisions of this chapter, and prosecutions by the city for violations hereof may be initiated by the department, or the director through or in cooperation with the office of the city prosecutor.
