SEC. 31-19. SOLICITATION FOR SODOMY - NOT FOR HIRE. (a) In this section SODOMY means any contact between the genitals of one person and the mouth or anus of another person. (b) A person commits an offense if he solicits another in a public place to engage with him in sodomy not for hire. (c) A person violating a provision of this section is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, will be punished by a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $500. (Ord. Nos. 14971; 19963)
