Sec. 137. - Authority to restrict location of trades, industries and buildings and divide City into use districts. The legislative body of all municipalities having a population in excess of one hundred and sixty thousand (160,000) inhabitants by the Federal Census of 1920, or by any subsequent Federal Census, may regulate and restrict, by ordinance, the location of trades and industries and the location of buildings, designed for specified uses, and for said purposes, divide the municipality into districts of such number, shape and area as may be deemed best suited to carry out the purposes of this section.
