Sec. 6-28-6. - Suspension or revocation of construction permit. The city engineer may suspend or revoke any permit issued by the city or take any action he or she deems necessary, including the stopping of work, should grantee violate the terms of the permit, until the violation has been corrected to the city engineer's satisfaction.
