Sec. 656.206. - Retention of earlier zoning panels. All zoning panels or the remaining portions thereof which have had the force and effect of official zoning panels for Duval County or for the City shall be retained as a public record. The Director and his designee shall have the authority to prepare and maintain microfilm, photographic or computer imaged copies thereof in lieu of the original records.
