Sec. 40-504. - Indemnification and liability. (a) The indemnification provisions of Sections 283.057(a) and (b) of the Texas Local Government Code shall apply, unless otherwise provided for in an agreement with the city. (b) The facilities owner shall be responsible and liable for the acts and omissions of the facilities owner's employees, agents, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. (Ord.
