338.1071. Violations of act; report of convictions. Sec. 21. The prosecuting attorney of the county in which any conviction for a violation of any provision of this act shall, within 10 days thereafter, make and file with the department a report showing the date of such conviction, the name of the person convicted and the nature of the charge. 1968, Act 330, Imd.
