§ 14-70. - Scope and compliance. (a) The provisions of this Article shall apply to all day camps located within the corporate limits of the City. All applicants for a license under this Chapter shall comply with the provisions of this Article and all DHS standards and requirements, and no license shall be issued, continued or re-issued unless such compliance is shown.
