Sec. 49-547. - Not applicable to mobile pushcarts. The provisions of this division shall not apply to vending from pushcarts that are moved from place to place, which is subject to the provisions of article XII of chapter 54 on mobile food vendors and article II of chapter 47 on peddlers.
