Sec. 37-69. - Keeping a record of the hearing. The city secretary shall maintain a record of any hearing conducted under this division as a permanent record of the city. The record shall include the transcript, exhibits, papers, applications, requests, briefs, and the final determination by the city council of the proposed rate increase. (Ord.
