Sec. 22.257. Termination of Credit. The Board of Police Commissioners is authorized to terminate the credit of any person or organization who fails to make payment within the required time. Upon such termination of credit, the Chief Accounting Employee is authorized to draw a demand against the trust fund in favor of Departmental Receipts for the payment of all unpaid charges.
