§67.0222 Regulation of Water System — Estimation of Water Bills Water bills shall be calculated based on actual meter readings whenever feasible or on estimated water consumption when it is not feasible to read the meters pursuant to written procedures approved by the City Manager. When a water bill is based on estimated water consumption, the Department shall include a written notice to the consumer concurrently with the water bill, or electronic notice for consumers receiving paperless billing, indicating that the water bill was estimated.
