Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 60-47-33

Customers who do not receive water service from the City shall also pay a monthly service charge equal to the monthly base rate for the comparable customer class as established in Section 60-55-16 times the Meter Multiplier (based on the size of the sanitary sewer meter(s), if any; and, if none, based on the cumulative size(s) of the water supply meter(s), if any; or, if none, based on the cumulative size(s) of the water service line size(s) established in Section 60-55-17; provide customers without water meters or whose water meter or service line size has not been established to the satisfaction of the Utilities Customer Services Superintendent shall be deemed to be ¾ inch or as otherwise estimated by the Utilities Customer Service Superintendent.
