Sec. 676-301. - Contract for billing; terms of payment. (a) The board is authorized to enter into a contract with one (1) or more qualified entities for the services of billing for and collecting stormwater user fees imposed by this article. (b) The due date of stormwater user fees shall be set forth on the billing document. (c) Delinquent stormwater user fees not paid when due shall be subject to a ten (10) percent penalty. (G.O. 43, 2001, § 4)
