C05.4 CHANGE OF RECORD. (a) Any request for a record change, or any mistake made by an applicant that requires a record change, including but not limited to name or address changes, whether computer or paper record, must be requested in writing by the original applicant with a fee as specified in Table 5.01. (b) Exceptions. (1) For record changes that affect the permit fee, such as adding equipment, fixtures, height or square footage, the code official may require a separate permit for the extra items with the appropriate fees. (2) The fee will not be required for those applicants meeting exceptions in § C05.2.
