§129.0217 Maintaining Utilization of a Building Permit A Building Permit shall become void if, after initial utilization of a permit pursuant to Section 129.0216, work authorized by the permit is suspended or the structure is abandoned for a period of 180 calendar days, unless an extension has been granted per Section 129.0219.
