Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 52-152
in effect§ 52-152. - Gasoline, diesel and oil stations.
The occupation tax on retail gasoline filling stations, retail diesel stations and retail oil stations shall be as follows:
(1) first pump .....$15.00
(2) additional pump over one .....7.50
(3) oil only .....7.50
The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Therefore, a Service Fee of 2.7 percent of the occupation tax shall be added to the costs set forth in this Section 52-152 if payment is made with a credit or debit card.
