§ 10-37. - Jurisdiction. Construction on airport premises, operation, maintenance and control of airports, including all their land and appurtenances, shall be and remain under the jurisdiction of the Department. Any other City department desiring to make any use whatsoever of any space, or ground or facility in that area shall first present its plan of construction and operation to the Director who shall submit the same to the City Manager, together with his recommendation.
