4-156-110 Raffles - Fee exemption conditions. Notwithstanding any provision of Section 4-156-060 of the Municipal Code, no license fee shall be charged for any other raffle conducted by a qualifying organization in the same calendar year during which such organization has paid a raffle license fee and conducted the licensed raffle.
