§ 7-116. - Required. No person shall operate any amusement ride within the City without first obtaining a license for each amusement ride location from the City. No person shall assist in the operation of an amusement ride unless a license has been issued for its operation. Each day's operation of an amusement ride in violation of this article shall be deemed a separate offense. (Code 1970, §§ 6-75, 6-76, 6-78; Code 1980, § 7-116)
