14-06. Water Works Property Belongs to City. All property, real, personal and mixed, acquired for the construction of said water works - and all plans, specifications, diagrams, papers, books and records connected therewith, - and the said water works and all buildings, machinery and fixtures appertaining thereto, shall be the property of the said city of Milwaukee.
