Sec. 56-80. - Plumbing certificate prerequisite to issuance. No permit to make any connection into a public sewer shall be issued unless the application therefor is accompanied by a certificate from the chief of plumbing inspector stating that all plumbing and fixtures appurtenant thereto to be drained conform with the requirements of the plumbing code.
