§42.0911 Penalty for Violations — Misdemeanor (a) Any person who, upon receiving written notice from the Health Officer, fails to comply with the provisions of Section 42.0906 is guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day on which a failure to file occurs shall be considered a separate violation. (b) Such person may also be civilly liable for injuries to persons or property caused by the failure to comply with Section 42.0906.
