Sec. 951-311. - Violations, enforcement and penalties. A violation of any provision of this article shall be subject to the enforcement procedures and penalties as provided in section 103-3 of this Code; provided, however, the fine imposed for each such violation shall not be less than two hundred dollars ($200.00), and each day that an offense continues shall constitute a separate violation. (G.O. 45, 2012, § 1)
