§ 10-51. - Compliance with law, rules, etc. All activities at airports in the Department which are of an aeronautical nature shall be conducted in conformity with the current pertinent provisions of the regulations issued by the Federal Aviation Administration and authorized orders issued by the Director and the provisions of this article which are not in conflict with the Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
