20.50.020 - Interpretation. The Historic Preservation Officer or Qualified Designee has the discretion to interpret the above terms, in addition to any other term in applying this title. In applying this title, the Historic Preservation Officer or Qualified Designee may, in its discretion, request from the Board a definition, interpretation, or an opinion regarding any defined term, or any other term.
