§ 31-122. - Wrecked or damaged recreational vehicles. (a) Wrecked, damaged or dilapidated RVs shall not be kept or stored in an RV park. (b) The Health Officer, Building Official, or Fire Marshal may determine an RV to be damaged or dilapidated and unfit or unsafe for human occupancy. (c) Whenever such a determination is made, the RV shall be vacated and removed from the premises. (Code 1980, § 31-122; Ord. No. 18826, § 1, 8-25-87)
