Sec. 42-8. - Forms authorized. The director is authorized to promulgate forms to use in the implementation of this chapter, including forms for standardized language to be used on the face of subdivision plats and development plats. Prior to the use of any form, the city attorney or the city attorney's designee shall review the form for legal sufficiency and approve each form the city attorney or the city attorney's designee, in his sole professional judgment, determines to be legally sufficient.
