18.01.304 - Relationship to Master Plan The adoption of this Title is consistent with, compatible with, and furthers the goals, policies, objectives, and programs of the Master Plan. No regulatory decision by an appointed or elected official or any city employee shall be made with respect to any zoning action or use of property under this Title that is not in substantial compliance with the Master Plan as officially adopted or amended.
