in effect18.21.020 - Scope of chapter.
This chapter will govern the design, construction, and operation of all private sewage facilities which have a potential discharge that does not exceed five thousand gallons per day. All private sewage facilities with potential discharges in excess of five thousand gallons per day shall be designed, constructed and operated in accordance with the requirements of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
