§ 32-313. - Angle parking of commercial vehicles. Commercial vehicles shall be permitted to park on any street or highway at an angle with the curb for the purpose of loading or unloading merchandise only when such angle parking does not interfere with the normal flow of vehicular traffic on the street or highway.
