Sec. 43-3. - Responsibilities of operator. (a) It shall be the responsibility of an operator to ensure that an aquatic structure is in full compliance with the applicable provisions of this chapter and the terms and conditions of any permit issued under this chapter. (b) Each operator of a facility shall ensure that a person in charge is available during all hours of operation. The responsibilities of the operator under this subsection shall also apply to any other person having possession or control of the operation of the facility. (Ord. No. 2010-908, § 2(Exh.
