§ 7-188 SAME - POWERS AND DUTIES. The civil defense fallout shelter board is authorized to establish minimum standards as specified by this article for the design and use of civil defense fallout shelters and to promulgate such regulations as are reasonable and necessary for the interpretation and enforcement of this article and of the regulations and recommendations of the Office of Civil Defense, United States Department of Defense, concerning fallout shelters.
