587.20 - Annual statement of claims and judgments. Every licensee shall furnish to the Director at the time of license renewal each year a full and complete statement of claims filed and judgments rendered against such licensee arising out of the operation of the vehicle for hire. The statement shall be in the form the Director has prescribed. (Ord. No. 1548-2013, § 2, 7-1-2013)
