§ 59-16. Penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this Part or of a rule or regulation adopted under this Part is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of $1,000 or to imprisonment for 1 year or both. (Ord. 98-243; Ord. 91-720.)
