18-28-1010.2 Steam boiler gauges. Every steam boiler shall have a water-gauge glass and a pressure gauge. The pressure gauge scale shall be in accordance with the ASME Code and shall indicate the pressure up to 1 1/2 times the maximum allowable working pressure of the boiler, but not less than 30 psi.
