§35.0136 Treasurer’s Regulations and Enforcement Authority The City Treasurer may promulgate reasonable rules, interpretations and regulations to implement and enforce the provisions of this Article. Designated agents of the City Treasurer shall have the authority to arrest without a warrant any violator of a misdemeanor provision of this Article and to issue notices to appear pursuant to the provisions of Penal Code section 836.5.
