81-5-601. Definitions for part -- Proceeding authorized. (1) As used in this part, "divorce" includes an annulment. (2) An adjudicative proceeding may be maintained to determine the parentage of a child. (3) A judicial proceeding is governed by the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
