SEC. 28-176. SAME - APPEAL FROM REFUSAL TO ISSUE OR RENEW; FROM DECISION TO REVOKE. If the chief of police refuses to issue a license to an applicant or revokes the license of a licensee, this action shall be final unless the licensee files an appeal with a permit and license appeal board in accordance with Section 2-96 of this code.
