Sec. 8-2162. - OBJECTIVE. The objectives of the Water Conservation policy are to establish a program that will educate consumers of the importance of water conservation, set goals for reduction of water use on a day to day basis and during times of drought, and reduce per capita water consumption in a manner that is fair and equitable to all consumers/users.
