Sec. 3-121. - Malfunction of refueling equipment. (a) When malfunction of refueling equipment is detected, all refueling shall cease immediately and the fueling equipment is to be placed out of service until the malfunction is remedied. Tanks, pipes, hoses, valves and other fuel delivery equipment shall be maintained leak free at all times. (b) Any malfunctions or irregularity detected on or within the aircraft being serviced shall be brought to the attention of the aircraft owner or operator immediately. (Ord.
